Products purchased directly from Qi Pedals are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges only in accordance with our current Refunds & Returns Policy.


Qi Pedals can only accept returns and issue refunds for products purchased directly from Qi Pedals.


Products purchased from an authorized Qi Pedals dealer, retailer, or other third-party seller must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s individual refunds, returns, and exchange policies. Qi Pedals cannot issue refunds for products purchased through an authorized dealer or other third party.


Purchasing a product through an authorized Qi Pedals dealer does not, by itself, eliminate any separate manufacturer’s warranty provided by Qi Pedals. Warranty eligibility and service are governed by the applicable Qi Pedals warranty terms.


Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.


Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Qi Pedals, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, customs processing, or other events.


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


If an order is returned to Qi Pedals because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Any additional shipping terms displayed during checkout or contained in a separate Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for determining and paying any applicable import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, VAT, or other governmental fees associated with importing Qi Pedals products into their country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Qi Pedals.

Orders refused or returned because the customer declined to pay applicable import charges may be subject to return shipping expenses and any applicable restocking fees permitted under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
